Stem-cell cloning. This should be developed on a massive scale, then only feed to Americans for 40 years. After that they'll all end up looking the same.

Yeah rubbish is my thing as well, we chuck out 1 black bag a week for a family of 4 but some people in our road manage 3 or 4 a week!! Or more!! Charge them £5 a bag, that should get them recycling.
