    It's a 'knife-hand strike' to you. mate. Not a bad technique - a quick and relatively painless death if you get the right pressure point - but it's hard to beat a flying side-kick for sheer chest-cavity-crushability.

    what about top 5 metal/rock tunes that deserve a psy-trance remix?

    skazi- seek and destroy was great but i'm sure there are more that can be done,
