Anyone else heard the rumor about Transwave

theyve been saying that for ages....

but hope its true this time :D

omg omg omg thats wicked news they were one of my all time faves back in the day i think im gonna have to dust off my collection now .lets hope dont dado get all the say in the tunes

Yes that Lp of theirs is great shimmering melodics.

Well I hope it's true... but there's just one thing that bothers me. I loved the old work of Transwave, but I can't help the thought that the new stuff might end up sounding like Absolum vs Deedrah...
 
Ofcourse it has the potential to be awesome... Don't get me wrong, I love their individual work as well, I mean I have the albums and everything... but I would like the sound of Transwave, not the sound of Absolum vs Deedrah... that would be a bit too easy imo.
 
but the sound of transwave is so, like, 10 years ago ;) personally i think, if they got it right, a hybrid of deedrah and absolom would be transwave for the 21st century :)
 
First tracks are ready and in less than a year the album will be ready for release since both Dado and Christof have other things to work in the same time.

No tracks will be released prior to the album and promotion will be done by live perfomances all around the world.

Till then we have to wait for the Federico Baltimore and GBU album from Dado and possible a new Synthetic album if time allows.

is this going to be with serge and dimitri as well? dimitri told me that they had to give that project up 'cos they didn't have time to spend in the studio when they were all around. but this was a couple of years ago.

great to hear about the transwave album, and i'm upset and happy at the same time that there'll be nothing released before the album ;)
