AVI 2 GIF converter?

I've run out of time on my trial for Jasc animation shop which i normally use to convert form AVI to GIF and can't be spending money buying it at the mo. So does anyone know of a good bit of conversion software that i can use to do the same job....that's free if poss or ot try?

Soz...a bit off topic...but figured someone here might know!

I'm sure i got the full version as a free download somewhere :P not sure what you could do dude,i find animation shop pretty easy to follow, i would quite happily send you a copy m'old?.....think it came with paint shop pro....hmmmm,now u got me thinking :o
