CDJ 100 - Nuts

So i've had these cdj's for about 6 years - one of them has started to refuse playing some cd's - there is no pattern to it and then stopping half way through one - and no there not copies - its taken a bit of a hammering, any ideas on servicing or getting it looked at - i'm happy to stick with 100's so it might just be as economical to be done with it and buy a new one for the cost it might be to gfet it looked and possibly fixed?

Leeds has a good Pioneer service centre. If anyone needs the details, contact me.

They did a 5 day turn-around for some replacement parts on my CDJ1000 Mk2s (after a DJ scratched the jog wheel *badly*).

If your decks are more than a couple of years old, it is possible (or likely) that the laser assembly needs replacing...
At this point you will find out why I don't recommend Pioneer
