Hello everyone. I'm Wendy. Thought I'd finally join and see what this forum is like, though I've met lots of people at gigs in London, Reading and Birmingham. I don't get out all that often, as I've got two teenagers who live with Barclay and I half the week and with their father the other half.
I love lots of different types of musics, though psy trance is a favourite.
I'm currently reading "The Curious Incident of WMD in Iraq". Anyone else read it? Bought the new Iain M Banks novel, which I'm planning to read next.
Today I took my car in for body work following two separate incidents of people reversing into me. I vote for compulsory retesting for all drivers every five years. *sigh* Still, at least my insurers hired a car for me to drive while mine is out of action.
As I mentioned to Staffan in response to his introductory post, I'm Canadian, but I've lived in England for a very long time.
Hopefully that's enough to start a conversation.
Wendy
