It's a three oscillator waveshaping sythesiser.

Each oscillator has its own waveshaper, and various different waveforms. The waveshaper is the most important bit.

By changing the waveshape (the box with the line in it) you change the output waveform. Controlling the Input and output level of the oscillators is VERY important and can have a massive effect on sound.

The three osc's are mixed and spat through a resonant filter of your choice, and then through a delay unit, which is mixable with the signal.

Vibrato controls pitch, so using both you could have a slowly going up and down fast wobble.

There are some nice, odd tones to be had. And there are some really, really foul ones!
