I'm looking for an old copy of Fruityloops - possibly v2.1 or 2.5.
Trying to ressurect some old tunes I've been workin on.
Anyone got this ancient piece of shite ?

might be able to find install files for 2.7 somewhere, though i haven't seen them for years...

version 6 is pretty damn good though :green:

Yeah I've got v6 on anover puter, and its damn nice.
Still this won't work on an older PC with out a crash or two.

So yeah - Older copy it is. I did manage to find my old copy, but the boot print and hobnail scratch has sort of f**kd it really.

new fruityloops is as good as anything out there these days i reckon, and i've always liked the gui with lots of buttons, knobs and other graphical controls for absolutely everything... since i got the producer version (v4 i think?) with routeable mixer and proper automation i haven't ever felt the software was limiting what i could do, and thats definitely a good thing :green:

FL 6 is out now. I'm pretty sure tracks (.flp) are backwardly compatible, though they will sound different when played for the first time in FL6.
There is a huge difference between v2, which was basically a drum machine with a few synths in, to FL6 which is a fully featured studio out of the box, so you should have fun updating your old tunes.
