GOA room in house to rent

Hay all, I am in Sunny GOA and have just rented an amazing house in south Ajuna and would like someone to share it with. its a 2 bedroom house 2 mins from the beach. Full kitchen and sitting room shower and western toilet, its 6000 ruppes thats about 75 a month and all bills included even council tax ha ha. Lisa told me you were on your way down to Goa, I'm gonna be out there from 10th December. I've emailed you anyway, we will have to hook up when I'm there...glad to hear its sunny :)
