I don't know if you would be able to post an entire set up on sound click as they have files size restrictions. It's only so you can put up individual tunes.

you could try www.freewebs.com instead. you get 100mb to use as you see fit there.

put it on as an attachment. it can get down loaded people play it off their own audio player
