Hello.. My name is Ramses. I'coming from Belgium (Antwerp). My studies are going to end.. and I have to do a training in Liverpool.

I have to work for 3 months in FACT 'Foundation for Art and Creative Technology". (http://www.fact.co.uk). This is in Liverpool.

I was wondering there are some people from Liverpool or surroundings.. Is there a nice Psy-scene ?.. Where can I find all the good stuff.. Is it a nice city ? Are their some people who want to lead me around a bit ?

Here in Belgium I'm also spinning the decks as a DJ.. and producing some music.. I'm always open to an offer to spin some decks around there in the UK .. playing some of the belgian sounds..

My training begins at the end of februari 2005.

You've posted on the best place to find friendly peeps pretty much anywhere in the UK :sun:

I'm biased of course, but Liverpool has one of the friendlyest psy-scenes going. I'm from the Wirral, which is just over the river mersey from Liverpool (bout a 15 min bus ride through the tunnel, and I work in Liverpool) & i'm sure we won't mind showing you around at all :D

We've got a wicked night called Alien Resonance, and we are not too far from Wales where there are plenty of lovely outdoor parties to go to and always a space in a car or two! You should still be around to join in the begining of the summer fun too :wizard1: :shrooms: :wizard1:

So, yes - if you need taking around i'll willingly be your guide, Manchester is not too far away either - with some more bonkers nights :bananada:

am from liverpool originally altho i live in Brighton atm, going to be home from the 20th dec and wondering whats on psytrance/techno wise? prolly around till after the new yr

Looking forward to some northern nights out, hopefully alien resonance may be on for once when im home

Hi Ramses. The psy-scene here is superb. Unfortunately (for us) our most regular events, Alien Resonance (Liverpool) and Ultraviolet (New Brighton) are off until February :sob: but that works out perfect for you if you're planning to arrive about then. :) The next Alien Res is the 16th of Feb at the Masque Theatre (I think). Hope to see you there!

In the meantime, especially for new years eve, most of us will probably be heading off to Manchester or Kulu in Bradford. Anyone got any other ideas? Maybe we should all share a coach since we're so connected now - and it's all thanks to you Ramses! Choodles I'd love to know more about these outdoor parties I've been missing out on.
 
What a pity.. I arrive 21st of february.. so just too late..

but I'm sure there will be more in my stay overther..
