errrrrr nope, it's not a pop up thing. I dunno why it doesn't work for you. What browser are you using? It's has a whole session thing going on meaning if you try to enter a content page and haven't clicked over 18 for the session it takes you back to that page. Maybe it's something to do with your security settings.

Try http://www.muffonline.co.uk/features (but it will prolly take you back to the over 18 page)
 
it was developed in Firefox so I can guarantee it works.
