At last the much anticipated new UK label"Last Possible Solution" run by Paul from the critically acclaimed Ambivalent Records( ex Deviant Species,NRS and the much talked about RAM ) releases it's first compilation entitled "Unhinged" featuring 9 killer dance floor anthems that guarantee to reach places other compilations fail to go.

Damage start of proceedings with "Funky Beats", a hard electro romp through the maniac brain of Deon Damage. Funky Beats certainly lives up to its name, a very groovy futuristic tune. Next we have Scorb who is a name that needs no introduction, currently one of the top English producers who is currently in massive demand around the world for his exciting live sets. kakah Tooki , once again is a classic Scorb track full of his trademark lead lines. Icebreaker is the new project of Green Reefah (who has already enjoyed considerable attention from his colaberations with Rinkadink) and brand new very exciting artist Tenzing. Tenzing also collaberates with NRS on the grinding "Robot O me ", a relentless pulsing track with rolling drums and a crazy croaking riff at the end. RAM is the explosive combination of Scorb and NRS that have been tearing up dancefloors recently in Japan to massive response from the crowd and press alike, the track "liquid lunch" is a night time floor killer full of dark voices and obscure synth lines. Scorb remixes the beautifuly melodic Broken Toy's "Absolutely", a brainstorming piece of techno-trance that whips the dance floor into a far ou frenzy. Next we have Far East Ghost( a brand new Japanese dj) who together with NRS produce the very fresh sounding "Unbreakable" hard techno drums with an eerie vocal style make this a track that's sure to be played to death this winter. Last but not least we have NRS on his own doing the rolling alien frequencie thing he is so good at. Resurge and gurgle. listen out for the mad singing monk that starts of the tune.

This album has been compiled with expert precision by Paul himself and Dj'd exclusively worldwide by Scorb . Unhinged is a chemically enhanced selection of the worlds leading luminaries of trance.

Also due for release 8th October "Kick Drum Inertia" the debut album by Nueral Rectifier System. :jump:

Last Possible Solution(UK)

Brand new release from a brand new label – and I only need mutter that label manager Paul is ex-Deviant Species, and if I imply through the medium of a shocked expression that he records as Neural Rectifier Syndrome and, alongside Scorb, makes up the much-vaunted RAM, then you probably know what to expect – huge, crunching, sonic psychejuggernauts, with the volumes being modified so it can go up not to eleven, but to twelve. Damage’s FunkyBeats kicks us off, a hardhouse/psy gap-bridger with Chuck D samples and a lively rhythm. Halfway through, the bass drops a handful of fathoms and it gets more psy – great free party stuff. Scorb’s Kakah Tooki is rolling, effortlessly breathy stuff… with a crazy, hilarious sample that has to be heard to be believed. Icebreaker’s Patron of Pot has an acid tekkers groove to it, seriously punchy and atmospheric; while Tenzing vs NRS’s Robot O Me thuks in like a case of stella at an afterparty, and behaces just as raucously. RAM’s Liquid Lunch breaks the pace up a touch, a deeper tune with subtle movement but that still delivers. Just as well for the respite, as things get pretty meaty from here on out! Broken Toy’s Absolutely (Scorb Rmx) is seriously f*ing delightful, one of the best tunes of the year. It’s melodic but gnarly, it’s original yet accessible, twisty but fluid… one of the kickin’est samples ever heard and its levels are perfect for long, drawn-out mixes. Yum. Scorb comne sback with Phibian, an utterly delightful and manic romp through scorb territory, the main run is utterly f*ing awesome, and it’s a great tune for waking up to in the morning when you’re running late for work. FEG vs NRS’s Unbreakable is hard as nails, and gorgeous… not for the faint-hearted, but tastier than a fifteen-story Belgian waffle with a lake-sized order of golden syrup on the side. Finally, NRS comes back for one final stomp with Resurge, and it f*ing throws shit at you.. more refined than previous NRS output, but it still knows where your G Spot is. This is a serious start to a new label’s output, it’s an astonishing collection of chunky, gritty stuff that – hopefully – will herald the start of UK movement finally away from neo-fullon junkfood McThrowaway trance. Top marks to all involved.
