Also try looking at Vredehoek,seeing that the flats and houses are a bit more spaced,you'll be able to make a more noise without complaints from neighbouring occupants.O'ye and the view.

A miss checking out the view of Table mountain and the sea,smoking a phatty and then making some beats.Bliss!!!!!

Enjoy it when you go,Cape town is a very good place creative flow.
