Room in really big and brilliant house in Brixton available!
Hey all we have someone moving out of my house at the end of June !
The house is great, detached with a garden full of big plants and a secure carpark with electronic gates.. There is broadband available (just waiting on a fat upgrade atm) a very sweet cat that doesn’t mind crazy people!
The room is likely to be unfurnished and will cost £370 a month, there is no gas to pay even through house is gas heated
, electric is fairly cheap and council tax is about £30/month.
Will need a months rent in advance and a months deposit to move in..
Loughborough junction and Brixton train and tube stations are all within a 5 min walk from the house and the big park thing is about 10 mins walk!
Ideally we are looking for a girl to move in to keep the balance in the house, it’s a wicked house and is brilliant for having parties in the garden and Im sure a few forum users out there will vouch for that!!
