hey all
glad to see everyones smilin again on the forum :sun:
i've got a scorching idea for a new track, but i need a particular sample and was hoping i could get some suggestions. i'm looking for a sample of a family sitting down to dinner, possibly saying grace and then passin food around and stuff. was hoping for one of those late 80's movies that mite or mite not have mackauly culkin or other such little shits, a well american family, although british would do. kinda that peaceful thanksgiving vibe. i really cant think of any films that have that. roseannes too boisterous, and the nutty professor too toilet humor. dont even suggest the eastenders epic mitchell xmas meals, much as i loved 'em :hehe: . a bit like the moff remote-controlling-his-family-dinner-in-human-traffic kinda dinner.
any ideas?
:)
p.s. maybe make this a sticky as the sample-finder thread?

isnt there a scene at the start of donnie darko - where the dinner thing all gets a bit out of hand?
