Give us a heads up on what you are doing by way of migration and such.... Rob and I have been looking like mad and with their points system we fall short a bit ( even me having a degree in Biology and having a good stack of savings in the bank)

Unless your a student, or getting sponsored by someone.... its getting very difficult.

But I have their email address: yakandyeti@australiens.net

And they are connected with this website: http://www.doofexperience.com

There's also two equivalents of Psy Forum UK:

http://www.australiens.net - lots of information available even if you don't want to register for the forums

http://www.oztrance.com - currently down, but will come back eventually

And you can find out more information (if not already grossly overloaded) here: http://www.psydeways.com

Some really good mates of mine run a shop called Psydeways on Newtown, Sydney (http://www.psydeways.com/) and they are pretty big on the scene. They are also super lovely amazing people and I miss them a lot. Gimme a shout when you are going and I'll let them know you are coming.

To be honest, as long as you're white and intending to find a job and emigrate for good, certain reactionary elements within the political and civil service apparatus will do their best to help you find a way.

Please understand that I'm *not* impugning Australia or Australians in general - but I swear this information is genuine.

uh well it would be harder for english to move here because there are so many english who want to move here, and obviously australia has quotas (as does any other country). the white comment i find quite rude aswell, and pretty wrong considering a lot of our immigration comes from Asia. (aus/asia relations are obviously in our best interests as they are our neighbours). that said i could be proved wrong. this is just my understanding of the matter from an australians perspective...

I'm touching myself as I write this post.
Hmmm, I have enough points (several years in IT management gives me most of them on it's own) but no interest in emigrating...perhaps I could donate some to those of you that don't quite cut it...
