Well I have been going for about 2 yrs, on and off now.
With many different friends introducing some being taken by some.
But now the Lord planted a guardian angel in mylap! I call him Uncle, others know him as OGP.
So thats how I have come to introduce myself, after bumping into him at Tribe of frog(there we had one hug, he's old(it's a misconception) so I thought he needed one!), fate then directed him to fairy tales(were many hugs were shared, mainly because the silly man had taken his vitamins in the wrong order, and so I had to comfort the Yorkshire dumpling.) :shrooms:
Since then weve never looked back, and it seems weve known eachother for years. Through Pete I have met some wonderful people and am truly grate ful for him takeing me under his wing.
Any how I am Birdy, I talk a little to much sometimes, when this happens just utter ;
"tweet, Tweet" and I usually shut my beak. I love music and any form of arts,
I have a band and if any one wants a demo just send me an address and I'll post You one.(the style is not pigeon hole able.) It brings me amense pleasure to dance my socks off from dusk til dawn and I intend to do it prefusely in the years to come. I am also a cross country runner and through a complete fluke am running in the nationals!(GOd I love getting away with murder i.e. party,run,party,run.....)

any friend on pete is a friend of mine. welcome to the forum Birdy. What kind of music does your band play?

...and it has! I was actually coming up much too quickly for the circumstances on fresh Colombian cubensis which, although perfectly legal, I had feared might get confiscated at "Reception" - so me and my mate (Lawless2, hereon, just joined) ate them on the tube between Victoria and Vauxhall, expecting them to come up about 15 or 20 minutes after we'd entered the gig. Instead, they came on real strong whilst still in the street, resulting in a most uncomfortable 45 minutes. So there I am, standing on the dancefloor, my mate lost elsewhere, not feeling at all happy when...

I had no recollection of having met Birdy in Bristol two weeks previously. My first proper recollection of him was when this young geezer comes up to me and fires three questions: "Hello! Are you called Pete? And were you at Tribe of Frog in Bristol two weeks ago? And do you know a woman called Magic Magpie?"

"Err... yes, and er... yes, and er... yes. Who the hell are you?" He explained, so I explained the state of my head. - Bless him, he did exactly the right thing. "Oh, would you like me to stay with you for a while until you're feeling ok?" So off we went to the chill out and talked quietly. Within 30 minutes, I was as right as rain - and very grateful to this young upstart who had had the kindness to look after me until all was well again headwise, and this when other, very experienced friends also present to whom I'd explained my predicament had just ignored it. Then we went looking for Jamie (Lawless2) who also was having problems with the strength of the 'shrooms and the circumstances in which they'd come up (found him, and all was well)...

...Through Pete I have met some wonderful people and am truly grateful for him taking me under his wing.

Now, folks, take my word for it, this is good stuff. Not psy-trance, but many of you have eclectic tastes and will like this cd. Since then, I've met the piano player. Both he and Birdy are talented guys (mind you, so are all of the people I've met on this forum, in one way or another).

So, folks, do give a big "Hello" to Birdy...

welcome to the forum...we met very briefly at synergy last month in the seone club..

you were running round effortlessly .. with a huge smile plastered over your face...

it was a brief meeting so i am sure you wont remeember me...

but i remember you ;)

especialy when i saw you standing at the front of the trance room later on in the evening going complety insane on one of the high rise blocks...

you looked like you were having loads of fun..

i am sure we will meet again...
