Deviant Electronics - Blunt Instruments

This album has a mix of ambient, drum & bass and breaks. It's all pretty chill but nice and psychedelic.

Also check out Noisia's Dogs on Acid mix. Not really psy, but kinda psychedelic if you know what I mean. There is some crazy work with samples in there and the overall sound is really fat and chunky. You can probably find it at http://dnb-sets.de/
