I think maybe the beats are a lttle on the quiet side for breakbeat, especially the more regular snare. They are usually very up front in the mix. Maybe the snare could be fatter too, how many have you layered? The breaks are cool though and the reverse breaks. Generally it seems very quiet and I had a look at it in Sound Forge. It seems that it's not too compressed. Maybe some multiband compression and soft limiting could fatten up the general sound, since I think that is what most would go for with breakbeat. May not be what you are going for anyway. Interesting having the hiphop style high synth at the end. Percussion is good. Nice and funky, good work :)
