A nice largish room is avaiable in our lovely, sociable and cosy house just near south wimbledon tube station (northern line). The house has a pleasant atmosphere and large cosy lounge area with widescreen tv, cable and all rooms have 1.5mb broadband. There is a washing machine, 2 fridges, super-sized freezer, microwave, gas oven, hob and phone line. Large garden with shed, patio, apples, grapes and herbs. Nice sized room with brand new single bed but with room for a double, with some furniture. Its a quiet family road, blocked off at one end so no real traffic noise. We are 3 sociable, friendly easy-going people who are looking for a similar 4th person pref. for long term stay & who loves music! I am a 25 yr old musician guy (working in advertising sales), there's a 22 year old french postgrad girl studying primatology (she likes monkeys!), and a 31 year old bar manager guy. Close to pubs, restaurants, late night bars, sainsbury's, 24hr tescos, offlicence and newsagents. The rent is £300 per month and bills are about £55 a month incluing council tax and cable/internet/phone line. I love music- am into anthing from classical/jazz to ambient, wierd electronic, dance and psy trance. I have a music studio in my room and like to knock out tracks (always considerate about noise tho!) as well as dj at parties, and would love to live with a musician of any sort! Im afraid the house is non-smoking.
We would prefer a female 22-30 to even out the ratio in the house, but not massively bothered! Just someone who is fun and clean and up for a laugh, likes to come out a socialise etc.
Oh and the room is available from the 27th December.
