I know that it sounds impossible! There again, I can't yet do the penguin. Do you have the URL for the video you found? Is it Mill's Mess but with Penguin throws/catches, or some other variation?

PS penguin catches are really easy, just practice them once at a time and work up to the full penguin. they're really satisfying, managed to get 6 in a row the other day, made me feel propper bo. :smoke:

Hey, I checked out the Richard Loxley site, which led to the GreenVideo site, which led to Tim Foolery's site. I toured a load of refugee camps in Croatia with Tim & others about 10 years ago. Wow! :Smile3::Smile3::Smile3::Smile3:

Still thinking 'bout those penguin throws...

this trick is sick - don't even think about it if you can't run penguin cascade solidly!

stick penguin catches in all over the place and eventually you'll feel ready for penguin mills...

but if you can do this, try juggling the box with every catch penguin as your next mountain to climb

cheers coleman, yes matey, i want that 441 penguin box as well. managed to get myself about 10 penguin catches lastnight, woz propper chuffed  . So far i've got my penguin catches down on the two ball, the one and the U are still an enigma.

    Ah, penguin

frodo! good to bump into yoo again my man

megafish - the u ball should be the easiest of the three...

441 penguin isn't too bad if you only penguin the 4's (or even just one of the 4's - penguin catching just the 4 before the 1 is pretty easy but it makes 441 look amazing).

a proper penguin box (not 441, but the sync box - check this link) is super hard just because of the difficulty of penguin catching a zip (a 1 or more accurately a 2x in this case but that's just for geeks :Wink3:) at the same time as penguin catching a 4.

if you're still not solid with penguin cascade some good tricks to get your penguins more solid are simple 3b tennis with the tennis ball thrown nice and lofty over the pattern and caught penguin and 423 with the 4's caught penguin.

there's some good, practical advice on penguins here.
