does anyone know a freeware program to resize images? trying to sort out me avatar

could be considired as freeware :P

as you can see it, didn't work though :o

www.irfanview.com - I think that's one of the best multimedia viewing applications, and it has some processing options too (filters, resizing, color-depth changing etc.)

and it's totally free

Image > Strech/Scew > decrease Horizontal + Vertical % values equally
