No it isn't. That's barely an answer

A number would only exist if its applied to a solid object. Otherwise they are abstractions. If no one is there to apply the number in question then it doesn't exist independently of the mind

Why though? An object exists, but the act of numbering them is a conscious effort. If there's no mind to think of it then there's no number. The object or objects just are.

Do quantum events actually happen without an observer? If they don't, how could time even exist? What is an observer?

Do mathematics exist without the mind? Or are mathematics an abstraction over nature's behaviour, by minds?

Your question is basically straddling the line between science and philosophy.
