Recycling Christmas Waste

    ihave two bin bags of wrapping paper and other christmas debris. can it be recycled as usual??

    The wrapping paper can probably be recylced like regular paper.

    The problem I have with Christmas is the number of Christmas trees that are cut down to be used for 2 weeks and then trashed.

    ive seen quite a few places that have chippers to convert unloved christmas trees into chipping for parks, gardens and kiddies playgrounds..... better than nothing i suppose!

    I think I heard that Newham council, in East London, are not only collecting the unwanted trees from outside people's houses, but they are composting them as well. Is this going on else where?

    What's the "other christmas debris" comprised of?
