rewire in logic 6

[Abstraction]

ok im trying to use logic6 on the college computers and im rewiring reason into two audio channels in logic. when i do the final mixdown, does the rewire channels get recorded with the rest of it or do i have to record them to the audio channels first and mix them in like that?
i have a timed assessment on this tomorow so i thought id better swot up on it a bit :o
