Summer's coming! and one of our hatchlings has spread their wings and wants to move on and leave the nest
We're looking for somone who's chilled and fun to share our space with for the next year or so.
The house is really well situated, 5 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins to 2 train stations (kingston and norbiton) 30 mins by train to waterloo (which is free, never had a ticket checked in the last year) next door is a cornershop with all the little things you need, asda is 5 mins walk, richmond park is a 20 min walk, there's a huge park opposite the house, ideal for chilling in the hot summer days :sonne:
We have a really cool landlady, who lets us throw big parties, which we have every 3/4 months.
The rent is £290 a month for a good sized double bedroom, supplied furnished, we have a bathroom, living room, downstairs toilet, a small garden and chilled out neighbours.
Bills/council tax adds up to around £70 per month
