1. @lpha Sanwhich Bar in Oxford's Covered Market - they do lots of yummy vegan sarnies (they do organic meat one's too, but I'm a practically vegan veggie), my favourite being roasted tofu with black bean spead, grated carrot, mixed seeds and lettuce on toasted spelt bread. Yum!

2. LB's Lebanese Deli in Summertown, Oxford - they do wraps with lots of different yummy Lebanese fillings e.g. felafal, Mujadara, spinach etc.

3. The little Felafal hut place in Gloucester Green Oxford - another place for great felafals

4. My kitchen - quite often make my own yummy sarnies...

My office is in Farringdon Rd, so many places to grab a good sandwich but the #1 place is a tiny place that does bike-delivery service, so after 12.30pm you can get the unsold sendwiches for £0.55!!! (please allow some trouble with your stomach sometimes :? )
