I've just moved back to the UK after nearly 8 years abroad, spent mostly in Holland, and am now living in Bristol.
I've been dj'ing for 7 years and have been a label dj for Boom! Records for the last 2 years. In that time I've played in Sweden, Holland, UK (for Planet Shroom & 180Degrees), Belgium, Australia and India (Goa) alongside artists such as Protoculture, Eskimo, Dick Trevor, Mindfield, Fractal Glider, Rastaliens, The Misted Muppet & Legohead.
My music policy is pretty varied, anything from the harder edged night stuff to fluffy afternoon progressive. I don't do growling atomic arsetrix connection stuff for 3 hours in a row, and i won't play anything that sounds too much like techno
In the past I've put on parties in Amsterdam under the name of Hoi Pol Loi and we (Fia [Aurora] & I) are planning to do the same in Bristol early next year. We also have plans in the pipeline for a record label (like the world needs another one), which, all going well, will be up and running towards the end of summer next year.
