The Plan Is To Make You Permanently Poorer

It's an interview with a fairly young person who is telling it as he sees it. It's not supposed to be a history lesson. So, being as this thread is about that interview, it is entirely to the point
 
I would disagree with his assertion that it's fixable, and taxing the rich would solve the problem. It won't. The money *has* disappeared, to all intents and purposes...
 
That's not to say that the rich should not be taxed, of course they should, and it would help a little, but the wealth of an empire, and we're talking many trillions here, not billions, has effectively disappeared, and will not be seen again, without somehow getting rid of The Crown, and reclaiming those assets which have been sequestered untraceably offshore for many decades, and that really isn't going to happen, as far as I can see...
