This soundcard any good ?

ESI ESP1010

I don't really know much about soundcards, my my brother wants to know if this one is any good.

I did ask him to come back with what he wanted to use it for, but he never did, but I'd guess he wants to hook it up to his decks and stuff, and use tracktor / reason ( or whatever.... ) and write some tunes......

Hi!

Had a quick look at the specs (http://www.esi-pro.com/viewProduct.php?pid=54&page=2)
and it looks like a fair deal and it should be no problem running traktor etc. on this one. As far as i can see it supports asio 2.0 and so does traktor so latency should be low enough
At first glance their products look alot like maudio and as i have no personal experience with esi products it could be a cheap copy of maudio? dunno though, you should ask someone who knows it.
