I got some Austrian Smoked cheese and some gouda at home along wiv some soda bread, avodcado and fresh tomatos - become addicted to open topped sarnies at the mo!! Mmmmmmm cheese!

It's 5pm and all I've had to eat is one bowl of Malted Wheat Crunchies. You wouldn't believe the sounds my belly is making reading this thread.

I don't do food very well...

You can't beat filling some of those huge mushrooms with brie and sticking it under the grill though.

Re. giant mushies with grilled cheese - stuff them with spinach first and then buy something like Dolcelatte. Much much nicer than with brie. Brings the flavour out!

Added tip oOemmaOo - if you can be arsed, roast some garlic too - a couple of cloves per mushroom, then when everything is melted and ready to go, stick <insert preferred amount - I usually go with two or three> on top of melted cheese. Just utterly, utterly divine. XX
