Yep, that's Jupiter. Neptune is pretty much between the moon and Jupiter, but Neptune can't be seen unaided, and even aided it's difficult - I don't think I've ever seen it, and it's been hanging around Jupiter for a good while. It's fainter than Jupiter's moons.
 
Yup Jupiter. If you think that is bright look out for glittering Venus, eary dawn. nothing in the sky is brighter! :cool:
