Behringer analog synth ripoff thread

How?! (via USB).. I could really use some help. you use Ableton?
You have to use the Behringer Synthtribe software utility to connect your computer to the TD-3 over USB, and then you can can set MIDI Channels for Rx/Tx, pitch bend amount, key priority, transpose, multi-trigger and slide modes, clock source, and accent threshold velocity. All those parameters can only be set using the software utility. It also has a pattern editor, which can be quite handy...

That's useful info, thanks! I tried the software out (I think it was called Synthtool when I downloaded it?) and managed to get it showing up in Ableton, and tracking-- I had heaps of problems with notes dropping out etc, perhaps I missed a firmware update or something... Then again, I'm a bit leary of Behringer firmware updates after I well and truly bricked my BCR2000 using the firmware updated and firmware from their website :Sarcastic:
It sounds like I should have hung onto the thing for a bit longer, ahh well!
