I dunno, I only skipped through it - broadly something about not being dick, I think. Plus there's some Swiss Tony business at 6:20.

Maybe OP will be back soon to engage in conversation about it, unless this is all a ploy to drive visitors to his own content with no intention of connecting with the people on this forum, like he suggests in his video as a way to be selfless and authentic.
