Fire proofing

Hi everyone!
I'm hireing some drapes to a festival in summer and have been asked to provide fire certificates for them. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to make drapes fire proof and how to get the certifcates.

y'can buy the fire proofing spray on tinternet, but if you know anyone that owns a club or is a manager in a club, they can usually get it cheaper (which is how we got ours), i don't know how ya get certificates for them though, maybe some sort of fire inspector dude has to hold a lighter to them for a while once you've fire proofed it?! Who knows?!?! Surely someone around here does....
Fire proofing stuffs quite expensive but ya do get quite a lot out of it. Hope that helps, a little.
