Hi I'm Kev from Sheffield and have been doing ket for about 16 months now. I have been told that its bad for your bladder and my bell end has swelled up so it looks like a cross between a beetroot and an aubergine. I'm told that piles cream will reduce the swelling, does anyone else have any tips?

To be honest the size of your bell end is unlikely to be related to ketamine use, unless you have a very strange way of administering it. How much have you been using? Does it hurt to pee? Do you need to pee more than usual?

*Realises this may well be a troll but its better safe than sorry

I believe the correct method of administration is 2 litres Strongbow first, wait 20 minutes, then rack two or three up.
