Complaint Letter of the Year

OMG :excessiv: That's THE funniest complainst I have read this year...

(my mate did one for the danish bus system wich also ripped me to shreds...)
but this takes the cake...
 
I spent a few months working for NTL and was amazed by their service standards, people really do just transfer customers anywhere and hang up on them :iconfused
Telewest are just as bad, I have to call them every month when they mess up my bill and within 10 minutes I'm usually having to ask to speak to a grown up.
